Cashew cream (1/3 cup cashes; 2/3 cup soy milk)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp thyme
1 & 1/2 cups chopped leaks
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika
Black pepper
