A low-carb version of my quiche recipe
Ingredients (serves 4):
400g firm tofu
200g smoked tofu
Cashew cream (1/3 cup cashes; 2/3 cup soy milk)
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp thyme
1 & ½ cups chopped leaks
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp paprika
Black pepper
