A quick and easy dessert which contains 25g of protein. 

Ingredients (makes 1 large or 2 small cakes):

¼ cup self-raising flour
2 tbsp non-caloric sweetener
15g protein powder (I used iced latte flavour)
¼  tsp baking soda
1 heaping tbsp carob
1 tbsp peanut butter
¼  cup + 3 tbsp soy milk
