[Amount suitable for two 4 inch (10cm) cake tins.]


½ cup cashews
1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
½ cup golden raisins
 Pinch of salt
 1 tbsp soy milk

Poppy seed layer:

½ cup ground poppy seeds
½ cup raisins
Zest and juice of ½ an orange
Zest and juice of ½ a lemon
2-3 tbsp brandy
Splash of vanilla essence

"Cheese" layer:

1 cup dates
½ cup soy milk
300g silken tofu
Zest & juice of ½ an orange
Zest & juice of ½ a lemon
Splash of vanilla essence
