There is no need to compromise taste of one of the most loved desserts/snacks when searching for healthier options. This recipe is one of my most successful ones. It is deliciously sweet and crunchy. A favourite Sunday dessert of my parents-in-law :)

4 cups dates
2 cups oats
4 heaping tbsp peanut butter
1 cup salted peanuts
Vanilla essence
Cashew cream (1/3 cup cashews; 1/3 cup plant milk)
100g chocolate
Soy milk (as required)
