There is no need to compromise on taste when eating a healthy animal-free diet. This is one of my most successful recipes.
Ingredients:
4 cups dates
2 cups oats
4 heaping tbsp peanut butter
1 cup salted peanuts
Vanilla essence
Cashew cream (1/3 cup cashews; 1/3 cup plant milk)
100g chocolate
Soy milk (as required)
