A delicious and satisfying meal that can easily increase the daily protein intake for those on animal-free diets. It works very well with added vegetables such as mushrooms, spring onion ( or chives) and tomatoes. It can be a part of a traditional English breakfast too.

1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper
3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
